1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, and documentation are intact
  • Products are not custom-made or specially ordered items
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-manufactured or specially ordered products
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Consumable items (oils, lubricants, chemicals)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery:

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide:

  • Return authorization number (RAN)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address details

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package
  • Ship to the provided return address

Step 4: Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Items will be inspected within 3-5 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation of receipt
  • Refund or replacement will be processed if approved

3. Refund Policy

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 10-14 business days
  • Cash purchases: Bank transfer or store credit

Refund Amount

  • Full product price will be refunded for eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery (within 48 hours)
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for pickup at no cost to you
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided
  • We cover all return shipping costs for damaged/defective items

5. Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange pickup of the incorrect item
  • Correct item will be shipped at no additional cost
  • Full refund available if you prefer not to receive the correct item

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes or specifications of the same product
  • Alternative products of equal or greater value
  • Defective items replaced with identical working items

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and follow the same return process.

7. Cancellations

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Shipment

  • Standard return policy applies
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs apply

Custom Orders

  • Cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Cancellation fee of 25-50% may apply depending on production stage

8. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes
  • Extended processing time may apply (14-21 days)
  • Contact us before shipping to receive return authorization

9. Warranty Claims

Products under manufacturer warranty:

  • Must be returned to manufacturer for warranty service
  • We will facilitate the warranty claim process
  • Warranty terms vary by manufacturer
